Katharina Beer

Katharina Beer is a decision architect in Hamburg. She works with people who carry responsibility to develop a reliable decision foundation: a clear benchmark for the decision in front of them and for everything that follows.

For years I have worked with entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who want to decide with confidence and move forward with purpose in every area of life.

Before that I coached and advised for many years. In doing so I quickly learned the limits of these disciplines: lasting development never comes from outside. And conversations that feel good do not build a foundation. Together with my partner, Dennis Hildebrand, I therefore developed a new discipline within the consciousness sector, with a decision architecture practice in Hamburg.

What a decision foundation of one’s own changes, I have experienced myself in the most varied life situations, when it came to questions like “Do I stay or do I go?”, “I want to give birth naturally, which path is right?” or “Where do I want to develop professionally?” I made each of these decisions against my benchmark. The decisions were not always easy, but I was certain.

What interests me in my work is the person behind the decision. A benchmark only holds if it comes from the person themselves. I listen closely, recognise connections and build your decision foundation from them: documented and individual to you.

What is a decision foundation?

The framework

resultart

From Hamburg, Dennis Hildebrand and I work with companies and people worldwide. We create decision foundations for companies and for the people who carry responsibility in them. Decision architecture is the field for the individual.

Alongside my work with clients, I train decision architects and, together with Dennis, continue to develop the method and application of decision architecture.

Training

Become self-employed as a decision architect

The training is aimed at people who want to leave their leadership position and become self-employed as decision architects.

As a decision architect you build a documented result: the written decision foundation against which your clients measure every further decision. A clear professional profile emerges for you: you know what you deliver, and your clients know what they are engaging you for.

To do so, you first go through the entire sequence yourself, on your own decision. After the training you receive the licence to work as a decision architect.

What clients say after the work.

“I have had many conversations that felt good. This one was different: there is now something in front of me that I check every new decision against.”

M.A.

“She does not persuade. She names. She asks. And then she leaves the decision to you. That is exactly what I needed.”

Peter B.

“Afterwards I knew not only what I want to do. I also knew what I can leave behind with a clear conscience.”

Hannah

“At some point it was in front of me in black and white on the board, what I had actually felt for a long time. But for the first time I could see what follows from it.”

D.S.

“It surprised me to see how much suddenly connected that I had looked at separately before.”

David

My clients want to be able to decide quickly, with confidence and clarity, on a reliable foundation that they have set themselves.

To the talks

A sound decision does not begin with the answer. It begins with the foundation on which it is made.

If you face a question whose consequences reach far beyond the next step, we get to know each other in a fit conversation.

I work with only a small number of clients. The conversation shows whether, and when, there is room for your engagement.
