Why every person already brings everything they need
What blocks a person can be recognised and changed.

The basic problemPeople consider themselves incomplete and look on the outside for what they supposedly lack.
The key statementI assume that every person fundamentally brings everything they need.
The abilities, the experience, the will. In most cases nothing is missing.
What stands in the way then
Mostly it is about finding out what is blocking a person right now. As a rule these are hindering beliefs, for example certain fears: “I am not good enough for that.” “I will not manage that.” “It is too late for that.”
Such beliefs often run unnoticed in the background. These beliefs determine what a person trusts themselves to do and what they do not even attempt.
Recognise and change deliberately
Once it is recognised which belief is holding someone back, it can be changed deliberately. That is the basic idea of my work. A person recognises what slows them down and decides for themselves what should apply in future.
My stance
That is why I first look at what currently stands in a person’s way and where the biggest lever lies. What does not hold is struck out. At the end stands a built decision foundation with which this person can carry on themselves.
