Our reality is our reflection
Why the outside world is a surprisingly good mirror.

The quarrel that repeats for the third time. The task that has been lying there for weeks. The relationship where there is friction. These repetitions are no coincidence.
The basic problemThe same situations keep returning in a person’s life.
The outside world is a surprisingly good mirror. A person’s reaction reveals a great deal about themselves:
What hits them especially hard
Where they make themselves small
Where they want to prove themselves
Where they put up with too much
Where they are constantly in resistance
Where there is friction again and again
Where they keep ending up in the same situations
But also where things simply flow
And where it is harmonious
The outside often shows very precisely where something in a person is still unresolved.
The key statementOur reality is our reflection: what is happening in life right now shows where a person stands and where it sticks.
There is nothing to search for
For this, neither the past needs to be combed through nor an inner child found. In the here and now, a person is everything that makes them who they are, shapes, directs and steers them. There is nothing to search for. It is enough to recognise what is.
A different direction of gaze
It becomes interesting when the view shifts from “Why is this happening to me again?” to “What is this situation showing me about myself right now?”
Usually the most important information lies in what an event triggers in a person. What happens is mostly just the trigger. My work starts at these points of friction, because that is where the room for development lies.
